Introducing CustomerZone

CustomerZone is Resimac’s new online loan management platform where customers can manage their home loan, their way. New features and benefits offered by CustomerZone include: a responsive and user-friendly digital experience; Pay Anyone functionality; support for one-off, scheduled and recurring payments; enhanced fraud protection security; and on-demand e-statements and transaction history.

Enjoy the new and improved design of our online platform. We’ve redesigned it from the ground up to provide you with a more user-friendly and responsive digital experience, making it easier to access your loan accounts and manage your funds.

Take control of your own funds! One of the new features we’ve added to CustomerZone is Pay Anyone, which lets you set up fund transfers to external accounts. This is in addition to making transfers between accounts that are attached to your home loan.
Our new Pay Anyone feature supports one-off, scheduled and recurring payments enables you to use your account as an everyday transaction account.

Skip the Customer Relations queue with self-service access that lets you make changes to your loan account details at any time (such as payment amount and frequency).
Use the platform with confidence thanks to enhanced security, which protects against unauthorised access to your loan accounts.

Reduce your carbon footprint by switching from paper statements to e-statements. CustomerZone enables you to generate online and ad hoc statements on demand, so you can always stay on top of your payments.
This upgraded experience extends to our new mobile app, which is coming soon, enabling you to access your loan account from anywhere via iOS or Android mobile devices.
We will also have a new dedicated support inbox so you can connect to the Customer Relations team directly.
